MOREIt was established in 2003 (Government Gazette 144/12-6-2003), at the Department of Early Childhood Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ioannina, and serves main educational and research needs in the fields of information technology, educational programs using ICT, and scientific research (Methodology-Analysis-Results).
